Thousands of US troops refuse to be vaccinated against coronavirus.

According to the report of ABC News, the US military officers are instructing the soldiers not to pay attention to the rumors about the vaccine on the internet.

U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Jeff Telefero told a briefing to Congress that according to preliminary figures. Two-thirds of Army personnel have agreed to be vaccinated, and that number is much lower.

“We are trying to persuade the vaccinators to get vaccinated,” said Brigadier General Edward Bailey, a surgeon at the Armed Forces Command.

On the other hand, in some units of the army, 30% of the personnel have agreed to be vaccinated. While in other units the number is either 50% or 70%.

It should be noted that the US Forces Command is in charge of 15 bases. Where about 750,000 troops, reserve personnel, and National Guards are present.
