Last week, the early mockup renders for what could be Samsung’s next cheapest 5G phone, surfaced. They featured a 360° view of the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G in a protective case, revealing a redesigned camera layout. Today, the ever-prolific phone leaker, OnLeaks, published more previews of the phone — essentially backing up last week’s leaks. The source allegedly has hands-on access to the phone.
Courtesy of Voice and OnLeaks, the duo which regularly leaks upcoming Samsung phones, the new product mockups for the Samsung Galaxy A31’s Successor show a very polished camera design.
Instead of embedding all four cameras inside a generic boxy plate, the Galaxy A32 5G has individual housings for each camera.
Three of them are stacked on top of each other, while the fourth one rests on the right, flanking the trio. It would be early to speculate on the Samsung mobile price but as far as the design is concerned, It’s obviously not the most symmetrical one. Anyways, a welcome change from Samsung’s played out the matrix and L-style aesthetics. Each camera also has a chrome ring around it (much like the ones in Note 20). The array is rumored to carry over the 48MP camera from the Galaxy A31.
Flip the phone over to find a notched display, surrounded by chunky bezels all around. Voice claims that we’re looking at a 6.5” display and 9.1mm thick frame (and that’s excluding the 1mm camera bumps). Unless Samsung is planning on cutting corners in the name of 5G, the screen should be a super AMOLED panel with a 1080P resolution. Regardless, the large bezels and the heavy build take away from the new design.
