Russia announces compensation for parents of little children

MOSCOW – Russia has issued a presidential decree requiring parents, adoptive parents, and guardians of children under the age of seven to pay 5,000 rubles per child.

According to Russian media, the Russian Pension Fund (PFR) has once again explained the method of obtaining payments and stated that the payment to children in the new year will be 5,000 rubles, which will be provided to all these families.
