Rawalpindi: Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid has said that action will be taken against anyone who uses language against the army and other institutions within 72 hours.
Talking to media in Rawalpindi, Sheikh Rashid said that PPP has won and PDM has lost, PPP has forced PDM to its knees.
In response to a question about the Chairman PPP, Sheikh Rashid said that Bilawal is sensible, he has played well, he is going to find a good way for himself.
He said that a politician who does not keep the door of dialogue open is less intelligent.
Referring to PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the Federal Minister said that Maulana’s stars are in circulation, his politics has been turned upside down, the air in his face is flying.
Sheikh Rashid said that Fazlur Rehman is a scholar and respected but he should also keep in mind the respect of Islam and Islamabad, he should talk about Islam and stop dreaming of Islamabad.
Asked about the PDM’s long march, the Home Minister said that the day the PDM members tell the date of the long march, the same day we will give them political and legal rights.
Replying to a question, the Home Minister said that action would be taken against anyone who used foul language against the Army and other institutions in 72 hours, not 72 to 73 hours.
Asked about the cancellation of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s passport, Sheikh Rashid said that Nawaz Sharif’s passport expires on February 16, its term will not be extended.
Sheikh Rashid said that China and Afghanistan have abolished manual visas while 200,000 online applications were received in one day.
He said that 800,000 illegal Afghans live in Pakistan and the identity cards of 200,000 illegal Afghans have been blocked.
Regarding the amendment in NAB rules, Sheikh Rashid said that these two parties did not amend NAB rules in their respective terms, now NAB will not end.
He said that the sun can rise from the west instead of the east but Imran Khan will not surrender, Imran Khan can leave the government but will not give NRO.
“I ask the NAB to take action against any member of the government who commits corruption,” he added.
